The sound of music on our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little and Chinatown has always been a great surprise.

Whether it is a street musician, an improv group or a music festival, it??s a great addition on our tours. Living in the diverse area that we do, it??s always amazing what a wide variety of music that we hear. It??s not just Italian or Chinese music, it??s music from all over the words. And the great thing, there??s an always a new musical instrument that we haven??t seen before. On our San Francisco Food Tours, it??s interesting to listen to how that combination of instruments ends up with some very interesting music. That mixture of music reflects our food here. On one hand, it??s very seasonal and very local. And yet, because this area has been populated by groups from all over the world, they ended growing foods that originated from all around the world. The result is a combination of foods that is really delicious. For example, someone in the neighborhood made a delicious paella and added some Thai Basil, it was really good. As we were enjoying this at an outdoor caf?, music from Spain, Mexico and China filled the air. The combination of the food made for a wonderful experience. Just the way to enjoy the day.
