I??m a big fan of independent films.?? Many of them start off with one person??s idea for a great movie and then, they make a good script and the result is pretty good.?? On our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy and Chinatown, we see the same thing.?? Someone gets a great idea for a new recipe and then tries it out.?? And the result is pretty good.?? One big difference between professional chefs and me is that when I start experimenting in the kitchen, more often than not, I come up with a new recipe and then I can??t remember everything that I put in it, much less then amounts.?? The result is that I can rarely recreate what I did.

Cioccolato, loves to experiment and comes with new combinations for chocolate or fudge.?? It??s usually one person??s idea and then it ends up being pretty food.?? On the other hand, from my point of view, there is not much that one can add chocolate to and not have it turn out pretty good.

Many of the places that use any kind of sauce tend to be same way.?? Someone experiments with some new ingredient and then results are pretty good.?? One only downside is that the chef will rarely tell all of the details of what they did.?? The upside is that just like a good independent film, all we have to is sit back and enjoy it.
