On our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy or Chinatown, it??s the perfect weather.
In most places, the weather gets colder this time of year. In San Francisco, it??s the exact opposite. On our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy or Chinatown, it??s the perfect weather. Usually somewhere in the 70??s. No rain, very little humidity, the perfect weather to walk around San Francisco.
It??s also the perfect temperature to eat outside. Sitting outside, with a glass of wine with dinner, it??s the ultimate luxury. One of friends gave us some fresh sea bass yesterday. We just stuffed it with olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, lemon juice, lemon zest, some rosemary and oregano. We them poured some olive oil on the outside, poured some white wine over it, covered it, then baked it into the oven for about 35 minutes or some at about 325 degrees. Some people tell that you can tell when it??s done by looking at it. I find that a meat thermometer works best for me. When it??s about 145 degrees, it??s there for me. We just made a lemon and lime vinaigrette to pour over it, (lemon juice and zest, lime juice and zest, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper, oregano and rosemary and it the perfect fall dinner
On our San Francisco Food Tours, we really enjoy having those kinds of simple dinners, something fresh and them trying to cook it in a way that does not cover up the flavor. With a glass of wine and a salad, it??s the perfect dinner.
