On our San Francisco Food Tour, it??s great to linger at end with something, whether it a desert, a coffee drink or a glass of wine.

There is something about a great dessert that makes for a great finish on our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy and Chinatown. For me, the perfect desert is either tiramisu or a cannoli. Admitally, I??ve been known to enjoy a cannoli with my cappuccino, so I probably look for any excuse to have a cannoli. On our San Francisco Food Tour, it??s great to linger at end with something, whether it a desert, a coffee drink or a glass of wine. For reason, lingering over it just seems to make it taste better. I??m not sure if it really is or if it just seems that way. Or is could just be that the right restaurant or caf? just makes it taste better. For me, the right restaurant has to be a nice quite place, part of the neighborhood, where it just seems a little bit slower. It also needs to have the right character, a little older and yet still current. The kind of place that you picture artists and musicians hanging out. There is something about that kind of place that just makes the food taste better, whether it does or not. Just as long as it??s a place where you linger and be surrounded by other lingers. That way, we can all linger together.
