For many people, January is a time of snow and not so great weather.

On our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy and Chinatown, it??s a time to great started on of the new things for our San Francisco Food Tours. From new stops to great new foods, we??re always excited this time of year. In the city, we just reopened the convention center. It is twice the size of the previous convention center. At City Hall, we??ve got a winter carnival out front on Civic Center Plaza, complete with an ice-skating rink, foods, and other great surprises. For the rest of the city, we??re all looking at time where we explore all around then city. We tend to be a fairly active area here, so we really enjoy walking. Additionally, we??re surrounded by a lot of parkland, so going off the Mount Tamalpias or the Marin Headlands make for a great afternoon hike. In San Francisco, the best to explore it, by walking. When we??re walking through Chinatown or North Beach\Little Italy we??re able to experience the neighborhood in a way that driving through it could never do. We get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood and meet the people in it. And given that we??re from here, we always end up meeting old friends and meeting new ones. The result is that every exploration into our neighborhoods bring a new and unquie experience.
