Discussion on our San Francisco Food Tour of Chinatown and our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy lately.

We??ve been having an interesting discussion on our San Francisco Food Tour of Chinatown and our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy lately. It comes down to the question of whether someone can taste the difference between meats that are free-range and organic and conventionally made meats. It??s an interesting discussion, but at best it still comes down to an individual judgement. It is not very likely that we are going to set up an independent scientific study, so it really does come does to taste and personal preference. For our stops on our San Francisco Food Tours, they seem to think that free range and organic meats do make a difference. From my point of view, I think that I can taste the difference. Perhaps, that is just something that I??m imaging, however free range and organic meats have a much more robust flavor. It seems that when I am cooking with them, I don??t have to add as much flavor to them. Again, that is something that I am just guessing about, since that is just a personal observation, not a scientific study. At the same time, I feel better knowing that the food that I am eating has been produced humanly. Perhaps it is the same thing as clothing that is made sweat shop free. I feel better know that am wearing was made by someone who was treated fairly. It is just a personal thing, I just feel better knowing that I can feel good about what I am eating and wearing.
